Skilled nursing care is a level of expert medical care provided only by licensed healthcare professionals e.g. Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Professional Nurses (LPN).

Skilled nursing care at home also helps in managing chronic health conditions to avoid unnecessary hospitalization.
This type of care may be short or long-term as prescribed by your doctor and may be covered by Medicaid or Medicare.
